To ensure a smooth installation, clients are responsible for ensuring that selected furniture will fit both within the intended space and through all access points into and throughout the property.

Furniture dimensions are provided on our website, and your measurements should include doorways, elevators, hallways, stairwells, ceiling heights, and any tight turns or restricted areas that may impact delivery.

If a piece cannot be installed due to insufficient space or access, additional restocking and/or replacement delivery charges may apply. Yes. For properties requiring elevator access, clients are responsible for reserving an elevator in advance for both the initial delivery/installation and the scheduled pickup/removal date.

Elevator availability should be confirmed before each appointment to ensure our team can complete the installation or removal safely and efficiently. If an elevator is unavailable when our crew arrives, we may be unable to proceed as scheduled, and additional fees or delays may apply.

We provide the rental expiry date at the start of every rental term and send a courtesy reminder one week before expiry to help ensure pickup arrangements, including elevator reservations, are confirmed in advance.

Lux Furniture Rentals offers flexible scheduling and will always do our best to accommodate your project timeline. Delivery dates can be booked months in advance; however, furniture selections can only be reserved within two weeks of your scheduled delivery date to ensure inventory remains available for all upcoming staging projects.

For last-minute staging needs, we understand that timelines can change quickly. When possible, we accommodate urgent requests, including next-day deliveries, by adjusting schedules and adding additional crew members and trucks when available. While availability cannot always be guaranteed during exceptionally busy periods, we make every effort to support time-sensitive staging projects.

For the smoothest planning experience, we recommend confirming your delivery date and final furniture selections approximately 1–2 weeks in advance.
